How does the Scent Club Box work?
You can sign up to receive a recurring subscription or gift subscription that doesn’t auto renew. If you don’t want your purchase to auto renew, check the "This is a gift" box and then do not check the "Automatically renew this subscription". You save if you sign up for a 3 or 6 or 12 month plan. You can visit the subscription page to see all the payment options available.
When is the last day I can sign up to get the current box?
If we're not sold out, and it’s before 11:59 p.m. CST on the last day of the month you’ll get that month’s box. If it’s after that, you’ll get the box for the new month.
Can I buy just one box?
Yes! Click here to buy a single box that won't auto renew.
When can I expect my first box?
Your first box box ships immediately (within 1-3 business days). The next box will be shipped between the 10-15th of the following month.
When and how often will I be billed?
You'll be charged for your first box the moment you sign up. If you are month to month billing, our billing date is the 10-11th (depending on your time zone) of each month.
Can I see what's in the box before I order it?
By all means, we post a sneak peek on the first of each month here.
I don't love the scents this month. Can I skip this box?
Absolutely! You can skip a box via your account dashboard. When logged in, simply click “Manage Subscription” and then “Skip Next Renewal.”If you need assistance, just reach out. We're happy to help.

How is the Scent Club Box packaged?
Our boxes are shipped in kraft paper boxes made from 100% recycled materials and printed on with plant-based inks. We use kraft crinkle paper to pad the contents when shipping fragile items.
What if I need to change my shipping address, or billing date, or email?
No problem! All of those options are available via your online account.

Can I send a one-time gift that won’t auto renew?
You sure can -- one month boxes do not auto renew.
Can I add a gift note?
Absolutely. Simply type in your gift note in checkout; and we'll include a hand-written note in your box.
How much is shipping? Do you ship worldwide?
Shipping to all US destinations is free. Canadian shipping is $20, International is $30.
When does it ship?
You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships. New subscriber boxes are shipped immediately, usually within 1-3 days of placing your order. Ongoing subscribers boxes shipped the 10-15 of each month.
If you ordered another product from our shop, they will ship in separate boxes within 3-5 business days. Please be patient as multiple item orders will result in boxes arriving a few days apart.
What currency do you charge in?
All prices are in USD.
What is your refund / return policy?
We rarely have issues with our products or boxes, but when we do we always work hard to resolve any issues that arise. All of our products and box orders are made to order and therefore are final sale, and not available for returns or refunds. If you receive a product that is defective or if an item is missing from your order, we will be happy to ship you a replacement.
How does your trees.org partnership work?
We have a partnership with trees.org and for every box sold, we plant a tree. For more information please visit their website at trees.org
How do I cancel?
To cancel, login to your account or click here if you signed up via CrateJoy.
Wicked Good: Click My Subscriptions, then cancel.
CrateJoy: Under the “Your Subscription(s)” section you’ll see a yellow “Edit” button, click that. On the next page you can click “Cancel Subscription” (bottom left) or “Skip Next Renewal” (top right).
After cancelling, you'll still receive any boxes you’ve paid for and then your subscription will end. We do not offer refunds on prepaid subscriptions.
Monthly subscriptions auto renew on the 10th of the month so it’s best to cancel by the 8th if you don’t want to receive the next box. If you cancel your subscription after being billed on the 10th you’ll still receive the shipments you were billed for.
