Our products are made to order. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. If our TAT (Turn Around Time exceeds this, there is a notice posted on the top of each page).
Upgrading to First Priority expedites the processing portion (not shipping method), orders skip the line and are shipped the next business day.
Orders ship from our warehouse in Glenview, IL.
Orders to US destinations usually take from 3-5 business days. International shipments can take anywhere from 7-14 business days.
If you need an item quicker, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We sell samples of every fragrance we offer. You can purchase one on the individual scent page or order a sample palette.
We ship worldwide. We offer free shipping to all US destinations on orders over $75.00. We ship to PO, APO and FPO boxes.

Select "First Priority" during checkout.
The First Priority option expedites the production of your order, not the shipping speed. First Priority allows you to "jump to the front of the line".
All our our items are handcrafted and made to order, one at a time. Orders typically take 2-4 business days for production.
If our production time is exceeds this; a message will be posted on the notice bar on the top of each page on our website.
We can not offer expedited shipping, due to the alcohol content. If you have a question or concern, please email us.

As times & tastes change, we occasionally retire a fragrance to make room for exciting new collections.
It is always hard to retire a fragrance when we know there are still happy users out there making a particular scent part of their day.
We have learned over the years that every fragrance has a life span and some are longer than others.

We send a clean, consciously crafted limited-edition perfume and 2-3 delightfully scented bath and body or home products each month. All items are 100% vegan and cruelty-free because we cherish our furry friends.

How much is shipping; and do you ship internationally?
Shipping is free to United States. Shipping to Canada is $20.00 USD per month. Shipping anywhere else is $30.00 USD per month.
From time to time, international customers do incur customs, duties or tax charges to accept their package. These fees are out of our control and are the responsibility of the customer to pay in order to receive their package.
Can I see what's in the box before I order it?
Yes! We post a sneak peek on the first of each month here. You can also check out all our past boxes here as well.
I love the box from X (July 2000), can I order that box?
Our boxes are only available from the first of each month until the last day of the month; or until the box sells out.
We're sorry. We know this sucks, but our boxes sell out every month. We do not make extra. If you're a subscriber, we've got you covered. If you're not a subscriber; you're outta luck. :( For this reason, we ask you to subscribe and skip a box if it's not to your liking.
How is the Scent Club Box packaged?Our boxes are shipped using minimal kraft paper boxes made from 100% recycled materials and printed on with plant-based inks. We use crinkle paper to pad the contents when shipping fragile items.
How long does it take for my Scent Club Box to arrive?
Your first box is shipped within 1-2 business day. Subscriptions then ship between the 10th-15th of every month. We email you a tracking number when your box is on its way. We ship via USPS from Glenview, IL.
Those of you in surrounding states should receive your boxes within a 1-3 days of the ship date. The further away, the longer it will take, but it shouldn't be more than one week for anywhere in the US. International orders can take from 7-14 business days to arrive.
Can I send a one-time gift that won’t auto renew?
You sure can! Click here to buy a gift subscription that won't auto renew.
Enter your giftees shipping address (not your own) and we'll handle shipping directly to them.
Can I add a gift note?
Absolutely. Simply type in your gift note in checkout; and we'll include a hand-written note in your box.
How do I cancel?
To cancel, login to your Wicked Good account and click "Subscription” section you’ll see a blue “Edit” button. On the next page you can click “Cancel Subscription” (bottom left) or “Skip Next Renewal” (top right).
After cancelling, you'll still receive any boxes you’ve paid for and then your subscription will end. We do not offer refunds on prepaid subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions auto renew on the 9-110h (depending on your time zone) of each month so it’s best to cancel by the 8th if you don’t want to receive the next box. If you cancel your subscription after being billed on the 10-11th, you’ll still receive the box you were billed for.
How does the Scent Club Box work?
You can sign up to receive a recurring subscription or one-time prepaid subscription for 1-3-6 or 12 months that doesn’t auto renew.
If you don’t want your purchase to auto renew, check the "This is a gift" box and then do not check the "Automatically renew this subscription". You can save if you sign up for a 3 or 6 or 12 month plan. You can visit the subscription page to see all the payment options available.
When and how often will I be billed?
You'll be billed for your first box the moment you sign up. Our monthly bill date is the 9-10th (depending on your time zone) of each month.
When does the Scent Club Box ship?You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships. First time subscriber boxes are shipped immediately, 24-48 hours of placing your order. Ongoing subscribers boxes shipped the 10-15th of each month.
If you ordered a product from our shop, they may ship in separate boxes within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please be patient as multiple item orders will result in boxes arriving a few days apart.
What currency do you charge in?
All prices are in USD.
What is your refund / return policy?
We rarely have issues with our products or boxes but when we do we always work hard to resolve any issues that come up.
All of our products and subscriptions are made to order and therefore are final sale, and not available for returns or refunds.
If you receive a product that is defective or if an item is missing from your order, we will be happy to ship you a replacement. Please do not ship items back to us, you can keep any defective products.
How does your trees.org partnership work?
We have a partnership with trees.org and for every box and boutique item sold, we plant a tree. For more information please visit their website at trees.org.

Wicked Good products are gluten free.
Absolutely not. We love our furry friends. Wicked Good does not test products on animals. We guarantee the safety of our products by using ingredients that have been used reliably for many years.
All of our fragrances are certified cruelty free and vegan.

Yes. We encourage you to to mix + match! There are no hard and fast ‘rules’ to fragrance mixing, matching and layering, so we encourage you to be as experimental as you like.
However, a good tip to bear in mind is that if things smell good together in life, they will likely smell good on you.
For example, try combining ‘Woodsmoke’ and ‘Marshmallow’ to conjure a cozy evening spent toasting marshmallows in front of a roaring log fire. Or, combining ‘Dirt’ with almost any scent that represents something that grows from the ground!
