Current options include Modern Round and Modern Square bottles paired with finishes such as gold, matte gold, wood, or specialty caps depending on availability.
Bottle and cap availability may vary based on supplier inventory and seasonal stock levels. If you'd like to review options before ordering, we recommend purchasing a sample.
Our private label program uses select bottles and packaging components to help keep turnaround times fast and pricing accessible.
If you’d like to use a completely custom bottle, you’re welcome to source your own components, and we can provide a custom quote for filling based on compatibility and production requirements.
Before quoting, we require a physical sample of the bottle and all related components for testing and evaluation. Custom component projects require a minimum order of 500 units.
We can also source specific bottles and cap combinations, custom boxes, specialty finishes, and elevated packaging components for qualifying projects starting at 500 units or more. Please note that custom sourcing projects typically have lead times of approximately 16–20 weeks.
As a general rule, the more custom or specialized the packaging, the higher the minimum order requirements and production costs. Highly customized bottles, molds, finishes, or luxury packaging components may require significantly larger manufacturing minimums, and it’s not uncommon to see minimums start around 10,000 pieces for fully custom packaging projects.
After purchase, you’ll receive an intake project form to complete. This helps us better understand your packaging vision, specifications, and sourcing needs before beginning the process.
Once submitted, our team will review your request and provide a sample and custom quote within approximately 4–6 weeks.
Lead times may vary depending on supplier availability, project complexity, and seasonal demand. Extended lead times are especially common during Chinese New Year closures (typically mid January through February), 4th quarter holiday production planning beginning in late July, and peak holiday manufacturing periods.
We recommend planning custom packaging projects well in advance, particularly for highly customized components, seasonal launches, or holiday collections.
If you'd prefer to fill your own bottles for small batch testing or production, we also offer bulk fragrance options.
We provide the template, sizing, and print guidelines, but the actual label design is created on your end.
Our templates make it super easy to personalize your labels using Canva or your preferred design program. This keeps the process fast, affordable, and fully in your control.
If you already have a designer, they can simply use our template to format everything correctly.
For smaller production runs under 50 units per SKU, labeling is typically handled on your end. This helps keep our private label program streamlined, affordable, and fast moving while giving you full control over your final presentation.
After purchase, we can provide helpful resources for DIY labeling, including recommended label sizes, printing tips, and trusted printing partners if you prefer to outsource production.
If you’d prefer fully printed and professionally applied labels, we also offer White Glove Labeling Services.

Boxes are not included with standard private label orders. Custom boxes are available, but they typically require a minimum order of 250 units per style due to supplier manufacturing requirements.
Most newer brands choose to launch without boxes initially and add custom packaging later as they grow. This helps keep startup costs lower while allowing you to test your fragrance line, build your audience, and refine your branding before investing in larger packaging runs.
Many clients begin with just the bottle and label, then gradually add:
