We hope you love your purchase. If it’s not exactly what you were looking for, or if you have questions, please reach out to our customer service team. We’re happy to help.

Unlike most fragrance companies, every item we sell is handcrafted and made to order. To make sure you feel good about your purchase, we’re happy to accept returns for store credit and/or exchange on orders shipped within the continental United States.

At this time, we’re unable to accept returns for orders placed outside of the United States due to international shipping regulations.

IMPORTANT: All approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a Wicked Good Gift Card. We do not issue credit for original shipping charges.

Final sale items (not eligible for return or exchange):

  • Sale items (items purchased using a promotion / discount code)

PLEASE NOTE

  • Original shipping costs are not refundable. If applicable, payment processing fees may also be deducted from your store credit.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking.
  • Unless a prepaid label is provided, you’re responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Fragrances must be at least 95% full, in original packaging, to qualify for a return.
  • Wicked Good is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number until your return is processed.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH RETURNS?

We donate eligible returned items through Give Back Box.

Rather than discard lightly used perfumes, we send returns to Give Back Box, a nonprofit that helps route donated goods from retailers and households to charities that can use them. That means items can support causes like women’s shelters, homeless shelters, and families in need, instead of ending up in a landfill.

Give Back Box partners with 60+ charities across the USA, Canada, and the UK, and we’re proud to be one of their donors.
