Every year, I take time to reflect.
This one made me sit down.

It was the most challenging year by far. Stretchy. Messy. Humbling. And somehow… incredibly clarifying.

We learned so much.
And even after doing this for a very long time, some of the lessons this year made me feel like I’m just getting started.
