Why We Offer Shipping Protection
Because lost packages shouldn’t steal your sparkle
Ever waited days (okay, maybe stalked your tracking page hourly) for a package… only to see “Delivered” and—nothing? Vanished into the shipping void. We’ve been there, and it’s the worst.
That’s exactly why we offer Shipping Protection at checkout. For a small fee: typically just $1–$2 per order, you’re covered if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.
What Shipping Protection Covers
If something happens to your order after it leaves our hands, we’ve got you covered.
With Shipping Protection turned on, we’ll:
- Replace your order if it’s lost, damaged, or stolen
- Fast-track your claim: no waiting weeks for carrier investigations
- Handle the hassle directly with the carrier so you don’t have to
What Happens If You Deselect It
We totally get it: everyone’s watching their budget. But here’s the deal:
By deselecting Shipping Protection, Wicked Good is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they’re in the carrier’s possession.
That means if USPS, UPS, or FedEx misplaces your order, you’ll need to file a claim directly with them. (We’ll still point you to the right link, but we won’t be able to replace the order.)
Why It’s Worth It
Shipping Protection is your peace of mind for less than the price of a latte.
It helps us move quickly if something goes wrong—and ensures your order arrives safe and sound (or is replaced fast if it doesn’t).
How to Add It
You’ll see the Shipping Protection toggle automatically added at checkout.
Just leave it switched on to stay protected.
If you turn it off, you’re acknowledging that Wicked Good isn’t responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
In Short
💌 Protected = We replace it.
📦 Unprotected = You file a USPS claim.
