I Can't Smell My Candle, What Should I Do?

By Cheri Tracy

I can't smell my candle, what should I do?

If you are unable to smell your candle there are few steps we ask you to take before contacting support:

  1. Blow out + cover your candle.

  2. Light some other candle, with a completely different scent for a few days.

  3. After you blow out + cover the second scent, light the original candle again.

  4. Leave the room + come back 30 minutes after you first light it.

It's not unusual for our noses can become "scent blind" aka nose blindness to scents we get used to + tend to not notice them anymore.  Following the above can help regain the ability to smell a scent.  If you still cannot smell the candle, ask a friend verify that there is no scent and then you can get in contact with us.

We stand behind the quality of our products and if there is literally no smell we want to know about it + make sure you are taken care of. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority!
