As part of this quest for safe scents, we formulate with strict standards, choosing to exclude thousands of ingredients from all of our products. Of the extensive list of ingredients that we choose to always avoid, the 5 ingredients below are among the top “dirty ingredients” in the beauty industry. You will never find these suspicious ingredients in our 5-Free Scents. That’s a promise.

What's inside the Wicked Good Scent Club Box?
How does the Scent Club Box work?
You can sign up to receive a recurring subscription or gift subscription that doesn’t auto renew. If you don’t want your purchase to auto renew, check the "This is a gift" box and then do not check the "Automatically renew this subscription". You save if you sign up for a 3 or 6 or 12 month plan. You can visit the subscription page to see all the payment options available.
When is the last day I can sign up to get the current box?
If it’s before 11:59 p.m. CST on the last day of the month you’ll get that month’s box.
If it’s after that, you’ll get the box for the new month.
Can I buy just one box?
Yes! Click here to buy a single box or a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription that won't auto renew. After selecting the number of boxes, you'll move to the checkout page. Make sure the "This is a gift" box is selected on the checkout page where you input your payment info. Also make sure the "Automatically renew this subscription" box is not checked. You can use this method if you’d like to pay for a 1, 3, 6 or 12 month subscription and not have it renew.
When can I expect my first box?
Your first box box ships immediately, within 1-2 business days. The next box will be shipped between the 10-15th of the following month. We'll email you a tracking number when your box is on its way. We ship via USPS from Chicago, IL. Those of you in surrounding states should receive your boxes within a day or two of the ship date. The further away, the longer it will take, but it shouldn't be more than one week for anywhere in the US. International orders usually take 7-10 business days to arrive.
When and how often will I be billed?
You'll be charged for your first box the moment you sign up. Our monthly bill date is the 10-11th (depending on your time zone) of each month.
Can I see what's in the box before I order it?
By all means, we post a sneak peek on the first of each month here.
I don't love the scents this month. Can I skip this box?
Absolutely! You can skip a box via your account dashboard. When logged in, simply click “Manage Subscription” and then “Skip Next Renewal.”If you need assistance, just reach out. We're happy to help.

How is the Scent Club Box packaged?
Our boxes are shipped using beautiful kraft paper boxes made from 100% recycled materials and printed on with plant-based inks. We use crinkle paper to pad the contents when shipping fragile items.
Can I send a one-time gift that won’t auto renew?
You sure can! Click here to buy a gift subscription that won't auto renew. Enter your giftees shipping address (not your own) and we'll handle shipping directly to them. To confirm that your gift purchase won't auto renew, make sure the "This is a gift" box is selected on the checkout page where you input your payment info. Also make sure the "Automatically renew this subscription" box is not checked. You can use this method if you’d like to gift a 1, 3, 6 or 12 month subscription and not have it renew.
Can I add a gift note?
Absolutely. Simply type in your gift note in checkout; and we'll include a hand-written note in your box.
How do I cancel?
To cancel, login to your Wicked Good account and under the “Your Subscription(s)” section you’ll see a yellow “Edit” button. On the next page you can click “Cancel Subscription” (bottom left) or “Skip Next Renewal” (top right). After cancelling, you'll still receive any boxes you’ve paid for and then your subscription will end. We do not offer refunds on prepaid subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions auto renew on the 10-11th (depending on your time zone) of the month so it’s best to cancel by the 8th if you don’t want to receive the next box. If you cancel your subscription after being billed on the 10-11th, you’ll still receive the box you were billed for.

All of our products and box orders are made to order and therefore are final sale, and not available for returns or refunds. If you receive a product that is defective or if an item is missing from your order, we will be happy to ship you a replacement. Please do not ship items back to us, you can keep any defective products.

How much is shipping? Do you ship worldwide?
Shipping to all US destinations is free. Canadian shipping is $20, International is $30.
When does it ship?
You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships. First time subscriber boxes are shipped immediately, usually within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Ongoing subscribers boxes shipped the 10-12 of each month.
If you ordered a product from our shop, they will ship in separate boxes within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please be patient as multiple item orders will result in boxes arriving a few days apart.
