Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) of purchase. Weekly Specials or promotional offers (Wicked Good Sampler Packs) or PR requests can take 7-10 days to ship. Order time for bespoke or custom blends may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS
Shipments that encounter exceptions such as clearance delays or delivery exceptions due to incorrect address can be reshipped at the customers expense. Please contact us. If a shipment is lost in transit, damaged or delivered without contents, we will cover the replacement and shipping: no refunds will be granted.
PRE ORDERS and CUSTOM, WHOLESALE OR PRIVATE LABELS ORDERS
Some of our items are available for pre-order. The estimated ship date will be stated on the product detail page and/or in the product name. Orders that include pre-order items will appear as "In Production" in the My Orders section of My Account until the day the item ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information when the pre-ordered item ships. If your order contains multiple items, including both available and pre-order items, available items will ship immediately and you will receive additional shipping confirmations for each subsequent shipment. For pre-ordered, custom, wholesale or private label items, your credit card will be charged at purchase so that your item can enter production.
